- At least 50% of film duration must be filmed underwater, (sea, river, lake, ocean etc).
- We accept films that are made 2018-2021
- No limit lenght, no limit about technical details.

- Submit your film before 15th of August 2021..
- Provide english subtitle file (usual formats).
- Selection jury will choose film for official program, and inform authors.
