Rules

1. You guarantee film is own by you. Clean copyright and clean publishing.
2. At least 50% of film duration must be filmed underwater, (sea, river, lake, ocean, pool, glass etc). Animation or AI with underwater ambient, can be accepted.
3. We accept films that are made 2021-2024
4. No limit lenght, no limit about technical details.
5. Send us Youtube, Vimeo or similar links, submit film via www.Filmfreeway,com or to our e mail uffneum @ gmail.com .
6. Submit your film on scheduled date. (www.uff.ba)
7. Provide english language subtitle file, on usual formats.
8. Please confirm and indicate that your film have (or not) original music score.
9. Selection jury will choose film for official program, and inform authors.
